Hotel Registration

HOTEL RESERVATIONS WILL BE MADE BY EACH INDIVIDUAL VENDOR DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL OF THEIR CHOICE.

Emery has a block of rooms at the hotels listed below. Please call them to make your reservations. Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please remember to make your reservations by the cut-off date. All hotel rooms will be released after the cut-off date and they will only be available at the regular hotel rate.
