Stephen M. Frawley
President and CEO
Stephen M. Frawley joined Emery-Waterhouse in 1986, eventually moving through management positions including New England regional manager, vice president of merchandising and senior vice president of marketing. He was named president and CEO in 1995, and is now responsible for the company's strategic direction, people development and achievement of key performance goals. Before Emery-Waterhouse, Frawley spent seven years at Owens Corning working in distribution, new product development and marketing. He holds a bachelor's degree from Boston College and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. A resident of Cape Elizabeth, he is a chairman of Distribution America and serves on various industry boards.
Chief Operating Officer
Don Dickson started at Emery-Waterhouse in 1994 as vice president of management information systems (MIS). He later moved on to become vice president of operations and, most recently, senior vice president. In that role, he is responsible for functions including sales, marketing, retail services, merchandising and customer service. Before Emery-Waterhouse, Dickson served as director of MIS at Associated Grocers of New England in Manchester, N.H. Prior to that, he spent eight years in various information systems positions at GTE Government Systems in Needham, Mass. He has also worked as a staff consultant at Computer Partners in Wellesley, Mass., and applications programmer at Liberty Mutual in Burlington, Mass. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in math education, Dickson currently lives in Falmouth, Maine, with his wife. He also has an adult son and daughter.
